Reclaim your space, at your own pace. Compassionate, judgment-free support for gentle home organizing
Welcome.
YOU ARE SAFE HERE.
If your home has become overwhelming, you might feel stuck, anxious, or deeply exhausted. Perhaps you are afraid to ask for help because you worry someone will walk in, judge your life, and force you to throw away things you are not ready to let go of.

I do things differently. I provide specialized, trauma-informed organizing designed specifically for those who struggle with deep clutter and chronic hoarding. My method is entirely client-led. That means you are in absolute control of every single decision, from the first box we pack to the last item that finds a home.
Why My Clients Trust Me

Traditional organizing companies often focus on speed and throwing things away. I focus on you. Building trust means creating an environment where you feel completely safe, entirely heard, and never rushed. Here are the core boundaries I bring into your home to protect your peace.
Zero Judgement:
i see you as a person not a project your story and your home are entirely safe with me
Total Control:
no items ever leave your house without your explicit spoken permission you make 100% of the choices
Somatic Pacing:
i watch your body language closely if you start to feel anxious or overwhelmed we stop immediately
Your Home Isn't My Advertising
I don't use before-and-after photos of my clients' homes. Your privacy and dignity matter more to me than having something to post.
The Gentle Progress Method
How we transform your environment step-by-step
The quiet sort
Client-led decisions
Your well-being
comes first
Respectful transition
Sustainable self-pacing
Ongoing support
Before we make any decisions, I quietly organize the space by grouping similar items into dedicated boxes. This removes the visual noise and prepares us for the next step without pressure
You are the only person who decides what stays and what goes. Together, we use a simple YES/ NO/ MAYBE framework. I will hold up each item for you, and we will sort at your pace. You are in total control.
I carefully monitor for signs of overwhelm, anxiety, fatigue, or other triggers. If the process becomes heavy, we pause immediately. Your emotional well-being is my top priority.
No items ever leave your home without your explicit permission. The "maybe" items are safely set aside to revisit later. Only when you are completely ready do we remove the "No" items.
At the end of our sessions, I leave you with a customized, stress-free "Micro-Goal Roadmap" of tiny 5-minute independent tasks to help you maintain your peaceful space.
A clean organized home is a wonderful gift, but adjusting to a newly open space can feel overwhelming and triggering. Be mindful of your feelings and actions. Is the anxiety back? Do you have the urge to fill up the space? You do not have to navigate those obstacles alone. I got you. I am here to provide a quick tune-up session, extra organizing tools, or resources for local community support groups.
In Their Own Words
Just in case you don’t want to read the entire review, I want to say upfront that on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest, Patricia Cindrich is a 10.
Hi. I’m Helen and I am a hoarder.
I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say that Trisha Cindrich saved my life. After 39 years of teaching I retired, and moved closer to my son and his family. The first move, though not without its conflicts, actually went fine. Everything fell into place ….. except I never managed to unpack everything at our new house……lucky for me we had a large garage. Boxes filled with household items we didn’t use, clothes we didn’t wear, books we didn’t read along with 39 years of teaching supplies and memorabilia were soon thrown into the garage and to my delight and amazement there was room left over to hold all of the new things I would acquire. Way too soon my son and his family were transferred to Colorado and there was no reason for us to stay so we moved closer to my husband’s job.
This time, as I surveyed what I can only describe as a disaster zone I panicked. I was so overwhelmed I was paralyzed. I had no idea where to begin. There was an entire house and garage jammed full and overflowing with all of the boxes that I had never unpacked (but had rummaged through looking for something I needed) scattered everywhere, surrounded by a plethora of new “junk” I had acquired.
Enter wonder woman (aka Trisha Cindrich).
The transformation was nothing less than a miracle. She never even blinked (dissolving my fear of having someone judge me for the mess I had created.) Without hesitation she started explaining her plan to “conquer the enemy.” And she did have a plan…..similar items into containers until all containers were organized to revisit later and decide what things I could live without and what things I wanted to keep. She is a genius.
As we sorted, at my pace, I was amazed to find that she never once rolled her eyes or sighed in exasperation when I said I wanted to keep something that she probably thought I didn’t need. She would just put it in the box and go on to the next item. Boxes labeled and ready to move soon replaced the chaos I have been living in for months. I could breathe again.
Hiring Patricia Cindrich to share her “gift” will change your life and it will be one of the smartest decisions you’ll ever make. She is amazing. She actually managed to turn a staggering task into an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Patricia Cindrich.
I am Sharen and I am a hoarder
My home had become a hoarders paradise. Even my own brother had threatened to turn me in to A&E’s reality television show “Hoarders” for all the newspapers stacked in the living room. But thanks to Patricia Cindrich, owner and creator of “The Mindful Sort,” the chaos has been calmed and without a mental breakdown!
Very few people had seen the inside of my home for years because I was embarrassed at all the clutter and stuff sitting everywhere. I collect everything. Coins, Ty Beanie Babies, Barbies, coffee mugs, records (both vinyl & paperwork), knickknacks, magnets (the kind you stick on your frig), books (I’ve read almost all of them), magazines, mail, receipts (going back to 1994 or further) cell phones, cell phone accessories…well, you get my drift. And it’s all covered with never ending dust. The kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and hallways are regularly cleaned and cleared but everywhere else is stacked with collections and clutter. Even my walk-in closet rod collapsed under the weight of all the clothes I couldn’t bear to part with.
Fortunately, I met the owner of “The Mindful Sort” through friends and over time she offered to help with some projects here and there. My husband had several surgeries over a six month period so as caregiver for him and years and years of clutter piling up, I was feeling overwhelmed. So whenever I had a project I needed help with, I would give her a call. Finally, she told me she could help me with the clutter. No judgement. No pressure. I would have the final say on what goes and what stays. The clutter and chaos became organized and calm. I can eat at my dinning room table again!
Patricia “Tricia” is a professional organizer. She is masterful at organizing my stuff to make room while I decided what was going and where the rest could stay for now. Hoarders have difficulty in letting go of belongings even when they have little or no value. Tricia was prepared to scan different items and let me know what I could possible sell them for. This was important to me because throwing things away seemed wasteful so it gave me a positive alternative for my possessions. That and she also knew various charitable organizations that could take things to help other folks less fortunate. She is almost like a therapist even giving me “homework” (pun intended) in between appointments. I always looked forward to showing her what I accomplished at her next visit. This also helps with my indecisiveness, procrastination and lack of motivation.
I was put at ease and never felt judged. I highly recommend Tricia and “The Mindful Sort.” She will help you get your house in order before you suffer damage, vermin or get injured in an emergency! Don’t wait!!
