This policy explains how we handle the personal information we collect when you fill out our contact form, book a consultation, or complete our sensory friendly questionnaire. We collect your name, email,  address, phone number, and any notes you share about your space or sensory needs. We use that information strictly to communicate with you, to understand your organizing goals, and to tailor our sessions to your comfort. We will never sell, trade, or share your personal information or story.

Data security: Your digital information is kept safe through our secure website platform, if you ever want us to delete your contact details from our system simply email us at mindfullysorting@gmail.com and we will remove it immediately.

Our commitment at the Mindful Sort is that we believe everyone deserves a calm, accessible, digital experience. We are actively working to ensure our website is easy to navigate for individuals of all abilities including those using assistive technologies. The mindful sort provides peer-led, compassionate home organizing, decluttering, and sustainability coaching. Not medical advice: While our methods are trauma-informed and neurodivergent affirming, Trisha Cindrich is a organizing specialist and lived experience coach not a licensed mental health therapist, psychologist, or medical practitioner. Our sessions are designed for environmental support and are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.

Client control liability:

The client maintains 100% ownership and final decision making power over ALL possessions. The mindful sort is not responsible for any emotional distress, accidental disposal of items explicitly released by the client, or pre existing structural damage to the home environment.
